Our inspectors absolutely go through all parts of the house including the roof, structure, electrical, plumbing, interior, insulation, heating and cooling. As soon as the inspection is concluded we provide you with a detailed report describing each room/system that we have inspected. We will list any repairs as needed and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Sher-lock Home Inspection Services will do a professional, comprehensive visual examination, of the home. Our inspections cover hundreds of items, from the structure, roof, grade of the land, drainage, foundations, electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilation, attics, garages, basements, crawl spaces, etc.

At the end of the inspection, a detailed report showing all serviceable items are noted, items that require attention are noted, an Improvement Repair Cost Guide will be provided, along with a complete report on Areas of Major Concern.(require immediate attention)

Home inspection times vary with the size, age and condition of the house, generally if all areas of the home are accessible (e.g attic, and crawlspace) it will take between, 3 to 4 hours.
